8 oz. Glace de Veau Roasted Veal Stock Reduction
Salt and pepper, to taste
HEAT heavy whipping cream and bay leaf in a saucepan; reduce by 50%.
STIR in Glace de Veau Roasted Veal Stock Reduction. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
