8 oz. Glace de Veau Roasted Veal Stock Reduction
1/4 cup pomegranate molasses
2 tbsp. plum jam
Salt and pepper, to taste
ADD Glace de Veau Roasted Veal Stock Reduction to a saucepan; bring to a boil.
STIR in pomegranate molasses and plum jam until blended and smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
