Anthony Bourdain's show 'No Reservations" filmed an episode for their Fall 2010 line-up at Bacchus Restaurant and Strauss while in Milwaukee.  James Beard award winning chef, Adam Siegel, prepared course after course of amazing WI cuisine - two of which were Strauss Free Raised veal dishes.  Anthony shared how much he enjoyed our veal as it reminded him of the veal he enjoys in Italy.  Many, many thanks to our dear friends at The Bartolotta Restaurants, Wisconsin Foodie and Anthony's team for an amazing day!
