Anthony Bourdain's show 'No Reservations" filmed an episode for their Fall 2010 line-up at Bacchus Restaurant and Strauss while in Milwaukee. James Beard award winning chef, Adam Siegel, prepared course after course of amazing WI cuisine - two of which were Strauss Free Raised veal dishes. Anthony shared how much he enjoyed our veal as it reminded him of the veal he enjoys in Italy.
